Belote

    When I was young, my favorite game called Belote. It is French game which currently the most popular in the Middle East and North Africa.  The game is played by four people, forming two teams: North-South and East-West, and playing in turn in counter-clockwise direction. The number of cards is thirty-two. It needs a lot of practice and agility to master the game. I like to play this game so much and I miss it.

Riding the Camel

     I think that transportation in any place must be compatible with the environment. I was born in the Sahara of North Africa so my favorite way to travel for short distance is riding the camel. We called the camel the desert ship. I like ride camel because it safety and very common in countryside in my home. Moreover, it not affected by high price of gas. Finally, I am proud by my culture; as a result, I ride camel and I invite you to experience it for one day and you will love it.

How are you doing? Hope you are doing great. I heard that you are planning to come to Canada. First of all, I want to welcome you in this beautiful country. Second, if you plan to come here in winter season, you had better to bring with you a lot of warm clothes such as jackets, boots and gloves, but if decide to come in summer you do not need all these stuff. Summer here is wonderful and you aught to visit outdoors.When you come to Canada you must go to Niagara Falls and you shouldn’t miss the Stampede festival here in Calgary. I am looking to hear back from you, and hope to see you soon in Canada.

Crime & Safety

     I think Calgary is safer than other cities in the world, especially my hometown. There's people commit crimes usually affect by poverty, as a result; theft often happens, but fortunately murder is very rarely in my home. However; the crime's rate in Calgary is low but their manners are dangerous, for example; murder and kidnapping of children. We can avoid crimes through not going out downtown during late night especially near Bars because most of crime here cause of drug and alcohol. Calgary is safety, but we should take care.

My Favorite Sport

   My favorite sport is soccer or football . I love football very much because this  sport is the most  papular  sport in the world; we can say that the world is speak  footbal's language. When I was young, I used to play football almost every day with my friends. However, when I grew up, I only  watching this  game on TV and my favorite team is Real Madrid. Unfortunately,  football is not popular in Canada, so I try to follow up on the hockey especially these days ,I love watching Vancouver's team games. Although I did not understand the rules very well, but I try to apply the proverb which says: If you are in Rome do as the Romans do. I hope football become the first  sport in Canada one day.

The Generous Millionaire

  

    I did not ever buy a lottery ticket in my whole life. However, if I won $10 million, I will be the happiest person in the world. So I will spend this money as following ; firstly, I will travel around the world because I love   traveling very much. Secondly, I will give some money to my family, classmates and my teachers as well. Also, I will donate part of this money to a cancer foundation because I believe this going to help people and give them chance of cure from this killer disease. Finally, I will put the remaining of this amount in a business that gives me a steady income. If you  want some money, please wish me luck.

Eid Al Fiter my Favorite Holiday

     All Arabs and muslims have two big holidays in the year.The first one is Eid Al Fiter and the second one is Eid Al Adha. My favorite holiday is Eid Al Fiter. This holiday  is important for all muslims around the world because it comes after the holy month  Ramadan . The Eid celebration means the end of the fasting period. It is very important because all familys and friends gathering and  eating a breakfast meal in the morning of that day. Moreover all people  wearing new clothes and visiting each others. Finally, in Eid children enjoy more because they get some money and gifts from their parents and relatives. So it was pleased holiday when I was a child.
